• Claudia Tenney – 22nd Congressional District – Until Wednesday March 22 said she was leaning no. On that date said she was in favor because of the Collins/Faso amendment
• Tom Reed – 23rd Congressional District
• Chris Collins – 27th Congressional District

• Peter King – 2nd Congressional District
• Elise Stefanik – 21st Congressional District… HOWEVER ON 3/23 SHE TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR AN AMENDMENT TO BRING $15 BILLION IN MATERNITY AID TO THE 21ST CD THAT WAS ATTACHED TO THE AHCA AT A TIME WHERE LEADERSHIP WAS CUTTING DEALS
