A Call to NYSARA Members to Complete Health Rights and Access Survey
The Campaign for New York Health, one of our partners to pass enhanced medicare for all, is dedicated to winning truly universal health care without financial barriers and the Health Rights & Access Survey is the tool they are using to prioritize outreach to individuals most impacted by the health care crisis.
The responses from NYSARA membership would be valuable to demonstrate financial barriers Medicare recipients are facings.
The assumption is that a large number of NYSARA members are likely to have high quality health care but their participation in the survey would also help us to identify who among the membership we would want to engage further to speak and organize in support of the New York Health Act and to counter the attacks we suspect may be coming that may aim to frighten seniors.
