Hochul’s State of the State Address Outlines Legislative Agenda Starting with Strengthening Health Care System

New York Governor Kathy Hochul delivered her first State of the State Address outlining nine key components of her agenda for strengthening New York.  Investing and growing New York’s Health Care infrastructure and economy top the list.

Other priorities include improving public safety, cutting taxes for the middle class and small businesses, providing a property tax rebate, and strengthening tax credits and creating a new incentive to improve food production.
